I've had 2 different sets of DECT phones and never had an issue with it conflicting with ADSL.  Do you have your microfilter in the right place?

if you mean spliter then prob not but if i put it direct in the phone socket i will have to move my pc ( and to do that i would need the help of the army)

If you have ADSL you need to have the microfilter between your DECT phone and the wall socket for your phone service, unless you have an engineer installed ADSL that replaced the face plate on your master socket.  If you have it in the wrong place you will get interference between the two services.

So the micro filter plugs into your wall socket, and the ADSL modem/router and the telephone plugs into the respective sockets on the microfilter.
