No, not people on scooters but additions to CoH. The CoH community has been hard at work on these lately so I have been trying to a few of these out. Here are my top picks so far:

Good maps worth playing:

Rhine
Meuse River Crossing
Eder Dam (beta 1)
Black Forest

Mods:

Warnstaff's Advanced AI Mod:  http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?t=137865

This mod basically makes the built-in AI act much smarter and is much harder. Paul and I had trouble beating 1 normal and 1 easy AI. Normally we play against 2 hard AI players. So either we suck badly at teh internet or this mod works. Have a go and decide for yourself.

Stock_Infantry_Only 1.1 Mod:  http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?t=148450

A rather cool mod that does away with tanks and AT guns (but lets you build 2 half-tracks.) Otherwise, it's rifle, MG and mortar action all the way! Also, a tweak to to the graphics means that bodies hang around for a lot longer which looks... interesting. (I must need help) The end result is waves of enemy infantry swarming towards your (hopefully) massed ranks of machine guns. Very WWI like. The only problem is that you, as a human player will usually build MG nests on all the main chokepoints and the AI keeps trying to assault these with infantry which always end in a massacre - instead of using mortars to destroy them first. On the larger, more open maps this mod leads to long, intense battles which are hard to win so it's worth a try.

An awesome CoH multiplayer map pack from a rather good map maker:

Also, a rather funky sounding D-Day co-operative map. You play as Axis against the Allied AI. It has a skirmish mode but for best results 2 human players are needed for the Axis team.

All these maps are from http://www.aowmaps.net/. There's a lot more too.

Some more good maps in SGA format for CoH. Use CoH launcher.exe to load the game...
