I'm getting skint (and I only got paid on thursday)! I've almost finished UT!

I've got my beer for the month (a can of KronyB a night and I'm happy!) and now I'm looking at this game.

As some of you know I'm trying to buy a house, so the question is:

IS SOF2 WORTH MY FINAL ÃÆ'ââ,¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ,£30? OR SHOULD I SPEND IT ON SOMETHING ELSE?
