Changes to website privs

All 'full' forum mods and p-dub now have privs to approve user-submitted news articles  on the front page.

Now all we need is for some of you lot to actually realise you can submit your own fine items of news to the site

On that note, can we please be carefull what we post on the front page, while we may be more relaxed in the closed forums we should be more carefull on the main front page that anyone can see.  While terms like "d00d" just annoy me, thinks like curse words should not be used.  

I've already edited one front page story to clean it up.

Wasnt me, it was like, a HaXX0r who got onto my machine, started writing in 1337 and then wrote "pwn4ge" in my sig file.... tis all a touch confusing to me.....
