Spectator mode

Please DO NOT sit in spectator mode on the server for any length of time.

Twice today I have had to use a private slot to access the server because there were FOUR people spectating, taking up public slots. These people stayed in spectator mode for 3 maps in a row (and probably longer, I left after 3 maps). I did ask them to leave more than once, but was ignored.  

This is even more crucial now that we no longer have Hamsterserver 2.

PS, on a side note, are we going to change the number of private slots on HS-1 now that HS-2 has expired?

I'm sure you know this is possible, so why dont you change the speccy time to a max of 5 or 10 mins.
