This is a new game from Rockstar focusing on the Wild West instead of modern day america, looking pretty good as these two gameplay trailers show:

Released 21st May 2010 for xbox 360 and PS3 - PC version 6 months later I suppose!

Noticed while I was out at lunchtime that theres coverage of the game in this months Play Magazine (playstation magazine) - couldnt stand in WH Smiths and read it though as the magazine is inside a sealed bag, grrr.
