Now that the price has come down to a stupid level, if i wanna get two 512k connections and agregate them what HW and SW would i need. And how easy is to get setup.......

You need a dual WAN router for one thing (not cheap) or you can use linux as it has load balancing capabilities. As has been said before, however, you will not be able to get 1024 d/l's or 512 uploads it will just spread the load. I think it's not really worth the effort if all you want is faster d/l's but if you run a server and need more upstream bandwidth then it's certainly an option.

The dual WAN router that I use is a Nexland ISB Pro800 turbo -- these days it costs ÃÆ'ââ,¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ,£250 ish. It only has one drawback it doesn't permit static routes to be setup.

Linux is another option -- pro cheap, con it balances the routes OK but I've yet to find a method of making it failover to one WAN or the other automatically when one goes down.

I have all this setup at home i.e. Nexland and load-balancing Linux. I also use two static routers between the LAN and each WAN. This allows me to set static routes between Windows boxes and specifc WANs. The static routers are separate Linux boxes.
