Trouble is, you have to experience it for yourself before you can make any kind of judgement. I don't really know anything about SWG, I'm curious to try the game and learn. May be I'll find circumstances different... I want to find out for myself rather than rely on what someone else has written.

Yep, I wasnt going to play the game due to the slating it got originally. I checked out a couple of recent reviews aswell. The recent reviews indicate Loads of promise, needs more content and  the addition Player cities & travel methods should add to the game vastly. THey also say loads of bugs fixed but that there are loads of bugs left.

I thought the reviews would stop people playing but when I checked out the community forums etc. theres loads of interest in the game so I thought id give it a try. Now that ive decided what to do, Im going to try and give it at least a year, especially as loads of new content/bug fixes etc. will be added by the Space Travel add-on.

I think had we started when SWG was first released i wouldnt have touched it with a barge pole but there seems to be loads of new content and fixes coming out so touch wood itll mature into an excellent MMORPG.
