It's a candy with brown sugar, really tasy, called a bolus looks like a thing that dogs lay on your lawn.

ok.. enough about my favorite snack..

itÃÆ'ââ,¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ,´s a rough translation from dutch  so  ....

500gr Flower
1/2 teaspoon salt
350 mil. milk
50 gr  yeast
75 gr. butter
1 egg
250 brown sugar
2 tblsp. cinnamon


put flower in bowl and add salt
warm milk until itÃÆ'ââ,¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ,´s warm  NOT hot !!
put flower+yeast on plate/table and make a hole in it..
put yeast in melted butter and le in  solve with a bit of milk
put butter+milk+yeast in hole
mix the egg and poor into hole
add rest of milk and get your hands dirty by knead/mould/mixin it to a dough
when dough is , let it est under a wet towel/orso for 1 hour..
mix the sugar + cinnamon
after dough has risen for one hour  knead once more
make portions of 60 gr.
let them rest under a plastic bag for 15 min
after 15min. roll portions a bit through the sugarmix
let them rise for 15 min
put sugar mix on table/plate and make long roles out of the portions
then roll um like on picture.. just roll um round your finger until it looks lake a turd
place turd on backingpaper and place end of th doughstring under the turd..
heat oven to 250 degrees Cels.
bake um read in 10 minutes remove from oven and turn them over..
WATCH it  itÃÆ'ââ,¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ,´s hot!!  

let turds cool of but dont let them get dry tey must stay sticky. !
