Have a look here ---> http://www.hamsterserver.net/forums/viewforum.php?f=4

Find the post called "Sticky business". Does it say Goto page 1, 2 underneath? You can click on the 1 or 2.

Ah I understand. View all posts in a thread doesn't appear to exist. I've upped the posts/page to 20 which really is about the max before scrolling gets damn painful on popular threads.

It's the only thing I don't like about phpBB - threaded view doesn't appear to be possible (unless I'm missing something).

I think this is about the closest you can come right now

And its more of a collapsing other posts thing rather than a thread thing..

No point in it really - threaded (to me) means that you can see who replied to who. Shame really but I can understand why flat mode is more popular as it uses less resources.

Then again my background is Agent and usenet so I'm biased. Although these days there's so many people using Outlook (which breaks threading) that I'm probably a dinosaur even on usenet  :cry:

I'm right there with you rizla..

He does say that if he gets the chance he'll modify it to have proper threading so I guess we will just have to wait and see..
