No date for it yet, but some info about what's in it. New content, the Hollows is being tweaked, powersets are being spread about (mentioned so far, psychic blasters, plant controllers, axe brutes and mace brutes), villains get epic ATs unlocked at L50 (wolf spiders and blood widows), and some QoL stuff.

Our intent is add purchasable character slots to round out our existing services of Character Transfer and Character Rename. We hope to have this implemented and available shortly after Issue 12 Launch.

Sounds good to me, I've been out of slots for ages.
