Due to severe routing problems on one of Nildrams routers, hamsterserver 2 *may* not be running every night :(.
It all depends on whether I can get on Nildrams good router and even then that router may become b0rked when all of nildram bounce over onto it :?.
Probably mean the same for myself and rizla then since we're both on Nildram. Let's hope they fix it properly next time.
Depends whether I can stay on tt2. It shouldn't get overloaded as the two halves of the gateway are balanced. However should I get disconnected and end up back on tt1 then all bets are off. I wish Adrian would just bin the hardware - it's had problems for weeks now.....

How can u tell what gateway u r on ???
Simple, open up a dos box (or command prompt box if you are using 2k or XP)
and type in at the C Prompt
C:\>tracert www.jolt.co.uk
Tracing route to clarity.jolt.co.uk [195.149.21.11]
over a maximum of 30 hops:
1 1 ms <1 ms <1 ms 192.168.1.1
2 31 ms 30 ms 32 ms lon1-adsl1-tt2.nildram.net [195.149.20.12]
^^^^^^^^ As you can see the 2nd hop (sometimes it will be the first hop, depends on what you are using whether its a modem or router) denotes which one of Nildrams gateway's you are currently connected to.
A tracert to anywhere will do, doesn't have to be jolt.

Seems to be ok for me.

Yeah, hopefully that bit of shuffling that was carried out today (moving some of nildrams customers onto tt2) has easied it a little. However its doubtful that will stay like that unfortunately! :?
