I'm pretty sure it's Cathedral Charge so try downloading that. You should be able to get it from any good MOH site like alliedassault.com. It may even be on our website as it is a map we play. I'll have a look for you...

Allied Assault is down, has been for a few days, dunno why.
Cathedral Charge is in one of the OBJ map packs though.
