Title: Supreme Commander Benchmarking!
Post by: RichardWhitely on June 07, 2007, 11:44:47 AM
You can also test how fast your computer is at running Supreme Commander, by using its benchmarks mode.

Add a /perf onto the end of the Supreme Commander shortcut so it becomes something like:

"C:\Program Files\THQ\Gas Powered Games\Supreme Commander\bin\SupremeCommander.exe" /perf

It will then run a short timed demo and give you a score, my score with my new dual core 5000+ cpu is:

SupComMark (sim)       :    8615
SupComMark (render)    :    4336
SupComMark (composite) :   12951 <-- All important one right there

The score with my single core 3700+ was 6204 - so quite a leap :D

That's with a x2 4200 @2.2GHz, 2GB ram, 7800GT.
