It feels like having to stand up in an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting and say, "Hi, I'm Gav 'Rolferoo' and I'm an Alcoholic erm I mean a HamsteR wannabe"!!
I've been multiplaying MoH for about 3 months now, sometimes good, sometimes bad..very bad! Along with all the various multitude of Half-Life versions & Ghost Recon. Have to say I spend most of the time engaged in trying to shoot better than a french schoolgirl in MoH and I'm totally addicted. Recently got connected to NTL 512KB broadband and that has improved gameplay by a mile!
I've been looking for a laid back clan to join for some time and whilst I realise HamsteR's are not a clan...honest :) It seems to be the sort I'd like to get involved in.
Prefer to play Moh as Axis with MG as favoured weapon although it varies depending on the Map.

Hamster-5 is where I normally lurk and get a good kicking from my fellow hamsters. Just make sure you visit the download section and get all the map packs to avoid being lobbed off, most annoying :x

If you wanna kill me i creep around Ham 3 most nights along with quite a few other hamsters. I m still on 56k. you'll spot me coz im the one that waits 4 mins to fire, even though i pushed the fire button 4 mins ago!!!!!!???, ,lol

Cheers Lumpy for the advice re: the map packs, i found out the hard way earlier today when the server unceremoniously lobbed me off as i didnt have the required maps!! Luckily, now I have broadband it didnt take too long to download them all and I'm all set to blow you all away with my MG now! haha
Aaaahhh yes, broadband, the holy grail. Alas it was not to be for myself as BT in their infinte wisdom decided never to bestow it upon my area. Its ISDN or nothing for me :(

Couldnt make it last night as 'insert here any excuse involving some sort of problem with wife!' . Like many, I have a faulty wife module who for some reason insists on labelling me a saddo and freak for wanting to play online, much the same response she receives from me when she shells out ÃÆ'ââ,¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ,£60 for a pair of shoes or ÃÆ'ââ,¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ,£40 for some face cream. Strnage beasts these womenfolk!!
Anyway, the real reason was having to perform some reluctant wife induced DIY....isnt all DIY done reluctantly??

Being a member of the SAS (sad and surpressed) seems to be a requirement when you buy a PC.
It never gets mentioned to them about the serial soap watching and endless pop idol crap they insist on hogging the telly with. :lol:
