Had a razz thro the standard and goty mp maps tonight.. here are my suggestions:

beach invasion
castle
chateau (maybe)
communique (maybe)
das boot (maybe)
some of the others are class, but may end up being a touch large...
i'm not sure if the voting system is fully functional on barrysworld, but if it is, changing map is going to be a doddle :D
If we have to download maps for it, can you try to post the download links as well?

I bought RTCW last week and am trying to get up to speed with it but I seem to have a problem when I go online. I have the 1.4 (lite) patch installed but some of the servers seem to be running previous versions and when I join I get kicked for non-compatibility. Will this affect Thursdays match?
Barrysworld have their servers patched to the latest one (1.4). Make sure punkbuster is enabled and your version of RTCW is fully patched to 1.4 :D

Thats a pity SCoob as it made a nice change from MOHAA, tho I think a lot of people had trouble with it! :D
hmm... haven't a clue what punkbuster was playing at, but i reckon we don't use it for private games!! that was just plain silly.....
yeah punkbuster was well kick happy wasnt it! other than everone getting repeatedly kicked it was a larf playing rtcw again, didnt have a clue where i was going half (read:all) of the time. :D larfed my arse off loads over the voice commands, very good fun :)
be good to do it agian but with punkbuster disabled.
If i remember correctly, the error was something to do with punkbuster not being able to update the client..
maybe it'd be worth d/l the latest punkbuster client from
http://www.punkbuster.com/index.php?page=support-rtcw.php
for next time? not sure.. probably still better to not have it running at all.. if it was a public server, i'd say keep it enabled.. but for private games it's probably not needed :D
However, i think another night of this is required, and sooner rather than later :D

Was very enjoyable though. Its a good idea to have the diff types of player, with diff skills, could make for a very tactical game. Lots of fun though and I love the Venom and flamethrower !!
