After a discussion with one of the Jolt Admins on irc this afternoon I have sent the following email to Jolt :

Fortunately I still have most of your cheques. I will post a list of people whose cheques I still have later tonight. If you do
not see your name on that list then you need to provide me with your details so that I can send you a refund. I will do this as soon as Jolt confirm that the chargeback has happened.

So what happens if they turn round and say stick the chargeback up your little furry one :lol: Cause u know thats what they are going to say as they have probably got a mountain of T&C's that relate to this.

Point out to them the distance selling act. If I recall there is a right to cancel a service within a few weeks if that service has not yet started.. Got to look it up to be sure though..
OK, if you see your name below then you do not need to do anything. Once I have confirmation of the refund from Jolt I will rip up the cheque. I can tie up some names easily to usernames, but not all. For that reason I'll just post the name on the cheque :

Once Jolt confirm the chargeback has taken place I'll send cheques out.
They are in breach of 4 sections of the distance selling act. The T&C's are extremely basic (look like they were written by a 14 year old), and have absolutely no standing in law as they breach your rights as a consumer by stating "no refunds" - not legal.
If they want to screw with me then they will regret it.
