has started today . If you enter in a vaild soulstorm key into steam or even buy soulstorm off steam then you will be allowed access to the Dawn of War 2 Multiplayer beta. Otherwise you will have to wait until Jan 28th, when it will be available to all on steam and also through the Games for Windows Live Marketplace, as you need a Games for Windows Live/Xbox Live gamertag (however no subscription fee is needed to play online over Games for Windows Live).

Pity I can't install it on the work pc's to try it out
