Posting pictures

I know I've been given this answer before   but I just can't seem to find it.
How do I post a picture     ?

And please, make it simple for me as I've been having one of those days.
Once I figure this out I'll post one and you'll see what I mean.

Hi Spyke, when you post click on the Img box, then enter the url of the image, then click on the Img box again.
E.g. my avatar URL is http://www.colinchambers.plus.com/images/earth-and-beyond/eabavatar.jpg, so when performing the above you have --------

Now, i've got a few pictures taken with my digital camera stored here at work. I've got them in the MY Pictures folder. Can I post them as well? If so, how? If not well....     .

you need to have them sat on a webserver somewhere

Ohhhh...      well then, I guess I won't be doing that any time soon.

This is perfect example of why I joined the {HamsteR}s.
I had a question that I felt kinda stupid asking, then you guys reply and I end up feeling like I learned something instead     .
