Web Software used for Download Section

Could any of you tell me what software/program etc is used on this site for the Download Section links.
I want something simialr that tells me how amny times a file has been downloaded etc.

the downloads section here is all part of the postnuke product that we use

Before we used postnuke, we used paFileDB for downloads. you can find it at hotscripts.com
