Refresh

is anyone else getting really bad refresh on this game???????
i've tried adding the bit on the end of my target (the same as MOH)
but that doesnt seem to work....
it seemed ok when i was running at 1152 but not at 1024
my machines not up to running at 1152 yet bit to jerky

You could always try grabbing the nvidia refresh rate fix ulitility and the refresh rate fix drivers from http://guru3d.com/files/

The Refresh rate fix ultility is in the Videocard ultilites section

Not only will this sort out the refresh rate in SoF2, but will also sort out the refresh rate in all your D3D and OpenGL games

Swanny what fps are you getting at that res, I'm getting 60fps at 1024x768 with the textures set to high and it runs smoothly with nothing going on, but drops as low as 30fps and jerky when there is alot of action going on.  This is a major gripe on the SOF2 forums, lots of people with the same problem.  

In case you don't know how to get your fps to show, bring down the console and type cg_drawFPS 1 and hit ENTER.  Use cg_drawFPS 0 to turn it off.  Console commands are case sensitive.

You can bring down the console in Soldier of Fortune II by pressing and holding the SHIFT key and then pressing the key under the Esc Key.
Do the same to put the console back up.

I'm getting 90FPS (at 1024)when theres nothing going on,
but drops into the 20's when theres loads of action.  
but its not jerky at this res.....
I've got a Ti 4400 card  
doesn't it ever take a long time to load levels
